I want to make a difference and my dream job is to become a nurse one day. I have always had that caring nature and trying make difference in people lives. I have had variety of experiences in different health care settings, such as working with individuals with additional needs, the elderly and those who display challenging behaviour.
I have a family member who is nurse who I admire of her job role. I have experienced watching in my job role what it intakes and the duties you have to do and knowledgeable that the job role does not come easy and you have to face several of challenges with it .
I currently Studying BTEC Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 2nd year at college. I am very committed person I started on level 1 Health and social and have worked my way up to achieve my level 3 Health and social care. I am always compassion of work I hand in my course and when I am at work, I am compassion of what care I deliver I always like delivering the highest care to my service users. I am very good at communicating with my service users with variety of needs and am very adaptable how I communicate. I very good at communicating with my college lectures too. In my job role I am very courage by getting job satisfaction of the appreciation of the service users who I care for. I am courage to get the highest grades in my assignment so I can achieve ambitions to become nurse and have best future possible. I have got lot of experience and good work ethic and I am very competence at my job role. With my job I use the 6 c daily while working like I have stated above.
I am up to date with my knowledge and I would be able put my knowledge into practice. I can offer my motivation of providing the best care to the patients.
I am confident and hard-working, and I am very good at helping others when it is needed. I am self-motivated and also work well in a team. I am very polite, well-mannered and flexible and have excellent time management skills.
